LiveRecruit is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

—Account data: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.

—Billing data: payment information is handled directly by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never raw card numbers.

—Usage data: pages visited, features used, and download activity within the platform.

—Creator data: TikTok LIVE creator profiles that are delivered to your dashboard are sourced from publicly observable activity on TikTok. We do not collect personal data from those creators on your behalf.

—Communications: emails and support messages you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

—To operate the platform and deliver your creator lists.

—To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.

—To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, delivery notifications).

—To improve our scraping accuracy and platform performance.

—To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

—Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of your payment data.

—Supabase — for database and authentication hosting. Data is stored in encrypted databases.

—Vercel — for hosting the web application. Traffic and request logs may be retained.

—We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) and functional cookies for preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can review our Cookie Policy for full details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@liverecruit.co.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We conduct regular security reviews and follow responsible disclosure practices.

7. Your Rights

—Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

—Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information.

—Deletion: request deletion of your account and data.

—Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

—Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Children

LiveRecruit is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
