Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LiveRecruit and all related services. By accessing or using LiveRecruit, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the LiveRecruit platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LiveRecruit provides a subscription-based SaaS platform that identifies TikTok LIVE creators who meet publicly observable eligibility criteria and delivers those creator lists to subscribers via a web dashboard and CSV exports. We also offer an optional desktop outreach application (LR Auto-Messenger) sold separately.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

—Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

—Each market (country or region) is a separate subscription billed independently.

—The LR Auto-Messenger desktop tool requires a one-time setup fee plus a mandatory monthly subscription. Both renew automatically.

—Free trials last 3 days and do not require a payment method. After the trial, access ends unless you subscribe.

—Prices are listed in USD and may vary by market. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

—You may use creator data delivered through LiveRecruit solely for legitimate creator recruitment and outreach purposes.

—You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the creator data to third parties.

—You may not use the service to send spam, engage in harassment, or violate TikTok's Terms of Service.

—You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the LiveRecruit platform beyond its intended API.

—Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform design is the property of LiveRecruit. Creator data delivered through the platform is sourced from publicly observable TikTok activity. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data for your internal recruitment operations during the term of your subscription.

7. Data Accuracy and Availability

LiveRecruit makes reasonable efforts to deliver accurate, up-to-date creator information. However, we do not guarantee that all delivered creators remain eligible at the time of outreach, that delivery volumes will always meet stated minimums, or that service will be uninterrupted. Uptime targets are best-effort.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveRecruit's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or recruitment opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk or legal exposure for LiveRecruit. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any stored data will end.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
