Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our data. Here's how refunds work at LiveRecruit.

1. Subscription Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already begun. When you cancel, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts are eligible for a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial gives you 100 creators per day at no charge. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your access ends automatically — no charge is made.

3. LR Auto-Messenger Setup Fee

The one-time $499 LR Auto-Messenger setup fee is non-refundable once the software license has been issued and the download link delivered. If technical issues prevent you from activating the software within 7 days of purchase, contact us for support or a refund evaluation.

4. LR Auto-Messenger Monthly Subscription

The LR Auto-Messenger monthly subscription follows the same policy as platform subscriptions — no refunds for periods already billed. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

5. Service Failures

If a technical failure on our end results in zero creators delivered on a day where delivery was expected (excluding planned maintenance), we will issue a pro-rated credit for that day's missed delivery. Credits are applied to your next invoice and are not redeemable as cash.

6. Exceptions

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. If you believe you are owed a refund due to circumstances not covered above, email hello@liverecruit.co with your account details and a description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
